My clients ask me all the time to help them find wedding planners in North Carolina for their ceremonies. As it turns out, I know quite a few different planners that I love getting to work with. And, I’ll list these in alphabetical order, because I cannot put them in order of skill. I count myself lucky to get to work with all of these individuals, and collaborate with them! 

Amanda K Events And Designs

If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll see work designed by Amanda. What I really love about her is that she can execute any vision with the greatest ease of all wedding planners in North Carolina. A lot of planners have a wide range, but there’s something about Amanda’s ability to adapt to whatever your vision is for your wedding or event that’s truly spectacular. Amanda does everything from planning and decorating to coordinating, so she is available to do whatever the couple needs. Something else I appreciate is that she communicates really clearly and directly. It’s a really great thing which makes sure overlooking something simply doesn’t happen. She has years of experience and I really love working with her.

Carly Marie Events 

Carly is another North Carolina local with a wonderful team. She offers weekend coordinating, design, full service planning, as well as custom and hourly setups based on needs of the client. Carly is an avid blogger and always has all sorts of beautiful designs that she shares. And, that’s a really helpful resource for couples deciding if she’s a good fit for their event. She’s very professional and I appreciate her design aesthetics. I’ve had the pleasure of working with her a couple times and I hope I get the chance to work with Carly and her team again.

Charming Carolina Events And Weddings

Ashley runs Charming Carolina Events and Weddings. She is one of those people you meet and can’t help but adore and is one of the sweetest wedding planners in North Carolina. She’s the epitome of southern charm! She has years of experience and is really great at making custom plans to suit your vision. I had the pleasure of working with her not too long ago on one of the most interesting, elaborate and beautiful baby showers I have ever seen. She planned a nearly wedding-sized event in a matter of weeks (and over the holidays, no less)! That was really impressive and I just think she’s a great person to work with! She offers full planning and design, partial planning, month out coordination, day of coordination, and other social event planning services.

Summer is a wonderful planner I love working with and I’ve had the chance of working with her several times now! And, it’s always wonderful to get to work with Summer and her team. I appreciate that she has a lot of energy! If you’re not sure how you feel about something or need someone to hype you up, she has that exuberant energy that can help you! She’s one of the most joyful wedding planners in North Carolina that I know! If that’s someone you would resonate with and want someone like that to help you plan, then that’s the type of person she is. She also just recently got married. So, she’s been on both sides of the wedding day – the planning and the celebrating –  within the last year. She knows what it feels like to be both a bride and a planner. She does a variety of different planning that can fit your every need.

Katharine is based in Winston-Salem. If you’re looking for a classic southern and refined aesthetic, then she is your girl! She is one of the most detail oriented wedding planners in North Carolina I’ve ever met. She’s also sweet, relatable and the kind of person you’ll immediately connect with no matter who you are and what your background is. She always connects with her clients and makes them feel seen, heard, and appreciated. Her services include full service planning, partial planning and event management.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Vivian at the venue where I met her for the first time, which was fun. She is just so incredibly sweet. The thing I love about her is she feels like one of your family members who is incredibly knowledgeable about various locations and details. And she is able to manage everything for you so simply and easily. Which is really helpful! She offers a variety of services to suit anyone. She offers everything from full service, partial service, wedding day management, ceremony only and can also create a custom collection to best suit you. I worked with her on a wedding last year, another in the fall and one last winter. She is someone I enjoy working with and look forward to working with her again.
