Situated near Jordan Lake, this property is intimate and romantic. It offers numerous wedding packages and overnight accommodations for couples and their guests. This beautiful estate is the prime location for couples to plan the wedding they’ve always dreamed of.
This little gem in New Hill was founded in 2014. It was designed to reflect the gorgeous countryside of Europe while embodying the comforts and familiarity of home. Although it is not a historic building or an ancient family property, it looks like it could be one! With effortless elegance and a welcoming luxury ambiance, The Bradford is where couples can create an event uniquely tailored to their preferences and style.
Details of the Grounds
The Bradford can accommodate up to 250 guests at this gorgeous venue. Couples can recite their vows under the towering trees of the property’s Gardens, using the Front Garden, Side Garden, Terrace, or Back Field.
The outdoor Terrace is perfect for cocktail hour, as guests mingle and relax before the reception.
Couples can hold dinner and dancing in any of the venue’s ballrooms: Cora or Daugherty Hall. The House can accommodate up to 50 guests for a seated dinner reception or 130 guests for cocktail hour or a standing reception.
The Bradford’s Main House comprises five bedrooms and four bathrooms and features wood floors, modern amenities, and tons of natural light; it is the perfect location for overnight accommodations for the couple and their family or wedding party.
Photography Opportunities
With both indoor and outdoor spaces available, The Bradford has many places for stunning wedding day photos. Couples can take pictures in front of the estate, with its landscaped greenery and bold white exterior in the background. Towering trees surround the property’s sprawling grass areas, making this an intimate spot for romantic ceremony photos. The outdoor Terrace features a mix of tile and grass, delicate hanging string lights, and gorgeous views of the estate in the background. Furthermore, the ballrooms feature large windows, elegant chandeliers, and warm wood floors.
Wedding Details
All-inclusive wedding packages are available to choose from, including a full weekend package that includes overnight lodging and complimentary breakfast in the morning. Packages give the wedding party access to two getting-ready suites. Plenty of parking is available for wedding guests. Rental fees include setup and cleanup, as well as tables and chairs.
The venue has a list of preferred caterers and wedding planners to choose from, as well as a list of recommended DJs, florists, and other specialty vendors. Other services include event rentals, lighting and sound equipment, event planning, liability insurance, outside vendors, and wheelchair accessibility.
The venue also has overnight accommodations available in the Main House. The five bedrooms and four-bath Main House can sleep up to 16 guests and is ideal for the couple and their family or wedding party. The rooms feature wood floors, modern amenities, and lots of natural light and include complimentary breakfast in the morning.
Couples can also use the venue to host the wedding shower, engagement party, or rehearsal dinner.
